Growing, Growing, Growing!
Now on to me... mommie... wife.... friend.... I've been quite busy with lifestyle changes and enduring my weight loss journey. After losing the baby #2, I became very motivated to lose weight and live a healthier life style. One of my biggest motivators has been Lawson. I don't want to be the mom who can't enjoy playing her child because of her "size". Its such a slap in the face to realized just how much your weight interferes with your ability to live the life you dream of. Currently I'm down 31 pounds and I still have very far to go. I've had several people ask me " What are you doing to lose weight"? So here's the run down.... Eat clean, exercise, and drink water! Yep that's it! It sounds simple but for me everyday is a challenge. Recently I started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I can honestly say it has made a huge difference in my shape and tone. Its 30 mins a day and the impact is high, but anyone can do it! Before I dreaded working out, but now I actually look forward to my workouts with Jillian! Its not easy guys, but as I meet each small goal I know my bigger ones are getting closer and closer. I look forward to sharing my journey and any tips and advise I can offer.
